What should you watch out for with Halloween makeup?

  • Products: use face paints made for skin, never craft or fabric paints.
  • Testing: try a new product on a small patch of the inner wrist first.
  • Around the eyes: do not put products not made for the eyes on the eyelids or lash line.
  • Removal: take the makeup off at the end of the night with an oil-based cleanser, and do not sleep in it.
